Watch your browser's download box. When Peanut finishes downloading, open the file and install it before launching the app.

Your Peanut installer should start automatically.

MAC INSTALL

Move Peanut to Applications.

    Open the downloaded file.

    Find the Peanut DMG in Downloads and open it.

    Drag Peanut into Applications.

    Move the app into Applications so macOS treats it like a normal installed app.

    Launch Peanut.

    Grant microphone and accessibility permissions when asked.

FIRST RUN

Open a real document

Use the email, ticket, draft, or spec you already need to read.

Try the listen hotkey

Select a paragraph and press the listen shortcut. Peanut reads it back without moving your work.

Keep it in the menu bar

Peanut stays quiet until you ask it to narrate, dictate, or clean up text.
