Say a trigger phrase, get the full text: links, signatures, answers you give ten times a day. Type ;email and it expands too.
Everything Peanut does hangs off two hotkeys: one to hear, one to speak. Here's the whole product, in the order you'll meet it.

01 · HEAR ANYTHING
Select text in any app and press the hotkey. No text selected? Peanut reads what's on your clipboard — including words inside screenshots and PDFs. A floating player gives you pause, skip, and speed from 0.5× to 2×; pick from six ElevenLabs voices.

02 · SAY ANYTHING
Hold to talk, or toggle hands-free. Peanut transcribes, strips the filler, adds the punctuation you said and the paragraphs you meant, and pastes it at your cursor — in whatever app you're in. Lists become lists. "New paragraph" works. Your rambles come out readable.

Custom terms, auto-corrections, and record-how-you-actually-say-it fixes. Peanut learns your words once.
Toggle on and talk through a whole paragraph without holding a key.
03 · THE LOOP
Listen to the long thread while you make coffee. Walk back, press the other hotkey, and talk your reply into the box. You handled twenty minutes of reading and typing without doing either. That loop — hear, then say, without leaving the app — is what one-way voice tools and reader tools don't give you.
THREAD → ⌘D → EARS → THINK → ⌘E → REPLY SENT
04 · YOUR CONTROLS
Every dictation and narration lands in a local, searchable history — replay the audio, copy the text, or delete it. The dashboard counts your words, your speaking speed, and the hours you didn't spend typing. Counts only — never the content.
Use Peanut's shared service with a Google sign-in, or bring your own OpenAI and ElevenLabs keys and pay providers directly. Keys live on your machine. We're honest about how this works: the trust page has the details.
